Completely cleaned up the work area. Did not demand any money up front. Helped us with filing the claim with our homeowner’s insurance company. Also helped us with some documents to expedite the process of having our bank endorse, deposit, and release the proceeds from the insurance checks. We could not be any more happy with every aspect of our experience with Steel Roofers!

After 3+ years of dealing with insurance company adjuster BS I decided to have my roof replaced from hail damage. Noticed Steel City Roofers replacing a roof down the street. I called their office and was immediately contacted by Bradley Ramey, the company Site Coordinator/Scheduler. He promptly came out and did a same day assessment and inspection of my roof. A thorough explanation and timeline of the entire process was explained in detail by Bradley. Two days later I received an email and text of a detailed quote for material and labor cost. Steel City Roofers was absolutely wonderful to work with! Bradley came quickly after I noticed a leak in my attic from my roof. Their prices were very reasonable and we agreed that they would be replacing my 27 year old roof in a couple of weeks. A few days later, we had that powerful windstorm and it knocked one of my wind turbines off my roof leaving a large hole! Bradley came over in a couple of hours and sealed my hole with a large tarp! We had a terrible rain storm in a couple of days and his tarp didn't let any rain in! Now my roof is done and it looks great! Steel City and Bradley were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job!!
