We had a water leak that required a plumber. John replied quickly and was here the next morning. He appeared to be in hurry and unfortunately, 30 minutes later, we noticed the valve / line was still leaking. Scheduled a follow-up visit but he was a no-show. We had to contact another plumber to resolve. Giving 2 stars for his initial promptness but he didn't meet my expectations.
AVOID - NEVER SHOWED UP TO APPOINTMENT Called the number for Total Plumbing Services and "Draingo" answered, saying they had bought out the other company. I set up an appointment for the next day. The service window was 8am-1pm, and I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before they arrive. They never showed up. I've wasted a day and am frustrated by such unprofessionalism. AVOID
