Five stars. The cleaning crew that handled our air duct project was exceptional. They moved furniture with care, protected floors, and wiped down every surface they touched before leaving. Not a speck of dust remained anywhere. They treated our home like it was their own. Their attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free.

Our two-stage furnace was locked in low stage—house lukewarm on freezing nights, thermostat always calling for more. Dirty heat exchanger, restricted returns starving airflow. Cleaned exchanger, tuned burners, opened ducts. High stage engages properly now, house warms fast and evenly, no more bundling up indoors, gas use more efficient.

We scheduled duct maintenance and furnace cleaning since our furnace was rattling. After opening the furnace panel, technician Aiden discovered dust accumulation and loose screws near the blower wheel. He meticulously cleaned each area and cleaned the air ducts to get rid of filth and cobwebs. The noise vanished entirely after they were put back together. He took the time to demonstrate proper filter replacement techniques and warning indicators. Now, the heating feels more uniform and seamless.

The ducts were so dusty that every time the system turned on, a faint smell of old dust filled the rooms. It was subtle but depressing. After the cleaning, that smell was gone instantly. It was replaced by that impossible-to-fake ‘clean air’ sensation. It felt like I rediscovered my own home.

Been living in a rental home maintained and managed by Innovative Construction & Management Inc for about a year. Literally the first week I moved in there was a rat in the kitchen which turned out to be part of a roof-rat infestation that they chose to ignore before renting the place out. Over the last year they have provided no maintenance whatsoever. The final straw was when my lease ended and they had to nerve to try and renew at a rate over 50% higher than the last years'. There are a lot of terrible landlords in South Florida but Innovative Construction & Management Inc is really taking it to a new level.
