Richard worked on multiple things at once that needed to be done to take note of all parts that need replacing. One trip to get the parts and everything was done perfectly. I have been meaning to write this review for years. Today the pictures popped up on my phone and I am doing it now. I had aleak in my apartment which was "fixed" twice by two different companies. Fast forward to water suddenly coming out of my wall. The leak was never properly fixed and had continued to leak. My kitchen needed to be gutted. Steele sent their guys in with a bunch of fancy machines and in one day, they jack hammered the slab and fixed it. The young kid who was being trained by the older guy was awesome. He came back the following day and put the floor back together. Their experience, expertise and efficiency is incredible. After months of nonsense from other companies they made this job seem like a piece of cake. They were also really nice to my son who has autism and asked

This is a company of professionals from the office staff to the onsite service. Expert technicians with quality workmanship. Steele Plumbing helped us navigate a water leak and remediation which is a very stressful and expensive venture. We could not have been happier with the whole company.

Richard did a great job installing a new shower head and new hot and cold water stems to get my shower functioning like new again. It was a difficult job because the hard water calcified the stem in the handle and it was difficult fixing that issue. He stayed as long as it took to fix the handle and I love my new shower heard. I can Always rely on Steele plumbing for all of my needs 5 stars!
