I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse ENEMY!!! They came out to my house for a water line leak on 10/29/2025. I showed them exactly where the pipe was leaking from and they also took pictures of it actively leaking from the pipe. Fast forward to 10/20/2025, they didn’t provide the warranty company I’m using a quote. I had to call them a million times just for them to tell me it’ll cost 2700 to locate the leak. I informed them that I knew exactly where the leak was and the rate U.S. extremely high. Then one of the workers Tom states there’s no way to tell if there’s another leak. So of course the home warranty company sees this quote and refuses to communicate or work with this company because they’re obviously overcharging. These guys know what they're doing. I've overseen properties for a very long time, tackling many obstacles with the Steingass crew right there with me- including many of the same techs for years that truly know my building. It's as simple as if you give respect, you gain respect. If you're unhappy with this company for whatever reason, try reevaluating the issue at hand... they didn't cause your problem, they're trying to help fix it.

This company was very professional, attentive to detail, and were very knowledgeable during my AC check. They were able to offer sensible recommendations without high pressure sales tactics - something I appreciate as a single woman without the mechanical know how to do it myself. I would absolutely recommend them for your hvac needs!!

Fantastic company to work with there customer services is terrific and the HVAC techs are very knowledgeable they assist, repair, and will explain to you the problems they encountered and will keep you in the loop with all work scope! I’ve work with them this summer for hvac problems in two buildings I manage!

The customer service is amazing, techs are very skilled and know what they’re doing, and they always manage to get someone out to the site quick!
