Terrible. Company sent out by American Home Shield. If I could give zero stars I would. Company "ordered" a part 3 weeks ago, AHS and us have called repeatedly and they won't respond and won't pick up. Would NEVER recommend this company just on their lack of responsiveness. You don't want the job, tell AHS and cancel. You have delayed us getting the A/C fixed with your technician knowing our son is disabled and needs A/C to regulate his temperature.

Called on a Saturday about leaking faucets. They were assigned through my home warrant company. They only returned my call 3 days later after prompted by the warranty company and said they’d be out the next day. When they didn’t show I called again and the guy said that they were running behind due to the “weather” (raining?) and that they didn’t like to deal with the warranty company. I told him that was not my problem and he told me to call someone else. Totally classless and unprofessional. Plenty of other plumbers to call.

Excellent service.They showed up less then 24 hours after I called so the owner could assess the problem, ordered a new water heater and were ready to install in a few days. They even came on a Saturday to replace my hot water heater. The 2 young men that showed up, Mike and Justin, we're professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They even called 2 days later to check and see if everything was running ok. I would recommend this company to everyone!

This was my contractor assigned through American Home Shield. I waited two months for them to contact me, and within those two months I called them about 15 times. Each time, they either did not pick up when I called, or told me they would call me tomorrow (which never came). After two months I wrote a letter of intent to them and “Steininger” reached out and he called me a liar. He said that I never called once and that I had talked to no one. He didn’t care to see the phone records. He hung up the phone on me and refused to complete my repair. I don’t think this man wants to be in business if he is so bitter to his potential clientele.

First they ask for a credit card. They send out a bad tech. that i won't name " " he tells me to sign the paper stating that he was there. I signed it. Thinking that they had had integrity like their invoice stated. The lady was very nice and billed me a 130.00 dollars. For the three drops of oil on my labor or work he was here at my house for 45 minutes. in get the INVOICE the tech. changed the Invoice you can see the changes. Greg the owner gave me the money back in check after stealing from people in a small town. Also he the tech. told I needed a new furn.or heating unit two weeks later a part brakes on my heating unit that i got charger 130 dollars for when" Pope joy heating and air can to my house and fixed my heating unit in 15 minutes.
