Jake S. really impressed with his commitment to customer service. Mistakenly our order wasn't put on the truck for delivery. Instead of leaving us high and dry, Jake figured it out and delivered it himself.
This product is terrible and hazardous. I was wearing gloves helping my parents set up a sog kennel and cut my hand. The welds look awful there is porosity in the welds. I do not think this kennel can actually contain at 100lbs dog.
Very good service. Much cheeper then most
