I had the most positive experience you could ask for with a carpet cleaning company. I’ll start by saying that I had initially had an appointment with a different company. I was extremely disappointed in the tech that was sent out for a handful of reasons, so I actually refused service. Instead I got on Google and ended up calling Sterling to the rescue. I spoke with Joe and let him know what had just happened with the other company. Joe was happy to come out the same day since I already had my living room and bedroom cleared of most furniture. I had an absolutely amazing experience today with Eric. I recently bought a house with a few carpeted rooms that had clearly seen better days, and Eric was incredible from start to finish. He was right on time, genuinely friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to give me his honest, professional opinion about what needed to be done, but never once pressured me to spend more money or add unnecessary services. It was so refreshing to feel truly heard and respected, especially with a service like this where upselling can be common. His transparency and integrity really stood out. Eric from Sterling Carpet Care came out and did an amazing job on our carpet. It was our first time having a professional company come out to handling the cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our carpets were as clean as they could be. I totally recommend Sterling Carpet Care, request Eric if you can!!! Everyone should use Sterling for their carpet cleaning! Eric was very friendly and great with communication. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the carpet looked perfect before he left. I also appreciate that they are up front and honest about their pricing and they don’t look for ways to overcharge you. I wish I could have given Eric a tip but I didn’t have cash and the electronic payment system wouldn’t let me. Eric, we hope we get you again so we can make sure to take care of you!
