Sterling Carpet and Flooring installed laminate wood flooring throughout my entire home. The installation team did an outstanding job of installing the flooring. I’m very impressed with the quality of work. The installer had work with my tenants so the furniture could be moved based on which rooms were to be completed. Sterling provided all materials on time and the project started on time and finished on time. I could not be happier with the results and would recommend Sterling Carpet and Flooring of Anaheim, CA to anyone.

From start to finish, Jan and her team made my carpet installation seamless. She listened to our carpet needs and color selections, then showed us around the showroom. When we asked about selections in the carpet books, she offered to send samples to our home. That allowed us to match the best carpet choice to our new paint. With a phone call, she quickly provided a very reasonable quote which we were able to initiate online. The carpet installers were amazing. The carefully moved out furniture, removed the old carpet, sanded and vacuumed the wood base, and installed the foam pad and carpet in iur three bedrooms lickety split. Jan followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It’s a terrific place to buy carpet. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been wanting to post this for awhile now but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to the retailer and manufacturer that it “will get better” in a few months. I had purchased this expensive wool carpet for 3 of my small kids rooms back in May of 2024; thinking will help with any allergies and longevity. Months in the shedding began; yes I know wool sheds but was not prepared for the excess amount. 1 room alone my vacuum would be filled to the brim. I was told “it will get better after the initial shedding, give it a few months.” Months go and still the same outcome. Finally 2 reps for the carpet manufacturer came out and they said don’t see it as being a issue. In quote she said “just get a white dog and won’t notice as much” like what?! We picked out a pet friendly carpet that can be easily cleaned when our little jerks have accidents and we LOVE it! Sterling was amazing. We wanted our carpet installed asap (like yesterday) and they did everything to make that happen for us. The carpet is plush and has a luxurious feel to it. They installers made everything so easy. We didn’t have to take out any furniture. Would highly recommend

Very professional company. Kristi is the best. She has been very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Their floor team did an excellent job on my engineered wood floor. Danilo was communicating with me every step of the floor installation process.Very pleased with them from beginning to the end.
