$19 online ads, $39 in store. Charged $48+tax. Stay away! Since the owner asked, let me upload the pictures - see the pricing on the board vs the price I paid. By the way, price gauging complaint has been filed to NYC311. Re. Can you show me how the rates on the board for an oversized car can add up to $48.15 + tax in the receipt?

I genuinely never leave reviews, but I had an awful experience here. It took over 30 minutes to get our car. We were asked several times what kind of car we had by different employees, who went down and came back up unable to find it. After 20 minutes, an employee made a “joke” that maybe the car was stolen. When after another 10 minutes we got upset, he laughed at us and told us to relax. Finally got the car, but god what a waste of time.

This is one of the best parking garages I have ever used for monthly parking. The guys are SO friendly, and my car was ready on-time or early every single time (with text ahead). They were also frequently willing to lend a hand as I'm often there by myself with a toddler in tow.

Friendly staff, easy access to your car (with call ahead) and reasonable prices given the size of the garage and location. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
