I do believe that this company starts ghosting you after you do work for them, after many failed attempts to receive payment for work done. I decided to write a review, and wouldn't you know, several other company's had already wrote of the same displeasure of the inability of them to pay their bill. I'm beginning process of suing this company for $12000 balance. Went ghost on me. Myriad Project off of 635 & Webb Chapel in Dallas. Update July 2023 Stermer has paid some of there balance & we are finding a way to resolve this issue hopefully out of court. Do NOT use this company. Dean is a con artist that should be in prison. He has been cheating companies for decades. We did not do our research and at the end of the day that's our fault. Unfortunately that cost us close to 200k. Once we realized they were not going to get paid, we started asking around. As soon as we would mention Dean Stermer, OMG, we were quicky advised not provide services. Too Late ☹️

It appears we are having a similar issue with this customer. We received deposits, but they have gone silent on us for final invoices.
