my daughter moved into new place in Charlotte and HVac didn't seem like it was cooling efficiently. Called Josh and he got us on schedule and tech came within hours. Turns out builder put undersized unit in for her size condo. Technician spoke to me on phone and explained everything that concerned us without trying to sell us something we didn't need. He gave several suggestions on how to maximize cooling efficiency with regards to all aspects of her building and location. Nice to work with a business that has professionals working and have integrity to go along with it. I know multiple people who have been told they need new systems and when they have someone honest check system it turns out to be repairable.
