It would be better if he kept his appointments. Two times I have waited. Two times he didn't show. The first time he didn't even call. The second time he only called to tell me that he would be later then he anticipated, after that he didn't even show. My fear going forward would be... What if one of his repairs failed? He is a very hard man to get a hold of and from my experience not dependable. If a repair doesn't work as intended I wouldn't want to be put in his books just to be ignored. Or put behind one of his jobs that paid more than my job paid.
