Jason was very courteous and helpful. He arrived promptly after I placed the call and accessed the problem quickly late Saturday afternoon. He will return on Monday with the required part to fix our problem. Update: the needed part was not in stock, but they immediately searched for the part and came to make the repair as soon as the part was in. Brandon was right on time and swiftly replaced the blower motor and also did a tune up while he was there, per our request. I am very pleased with the service we received as well as the communication from Mary in the office. Very reliable and professional.

Great service! We got the service plan that offers 2 A/C tune ups per year. The price was good. Mary in the office is always pleasant and happy to make our appointments. I highly recommend Smith’s!! In a world where there are few in any reputable AC companies, I was able to call and get same day service!! Mary was professional, efficient, and very friendly on the phone as she helped me book an appointment!! The technician analyzed the issue and fixed it without over charging me. If you need AC work done, this is the best place!!
