Called Traut thinking we had a fairly urgent well issue. They were booked but Rob called in between jobs and walked me through a few things that ended up saving us a visit. Took plenty of time to educate me on the issue and what I could be doing and looking for. He even called the next day to check in and make sure things were still squared away. We will definitely be going with Traut for any future well needs.

The employees were very quick to respond when we were having softener issues and answered all my questions. Bucky was awesome to work with and gave us options and didn’t pressure us into anything. Gave us up front pricing so we knew what our cost would be whatever route we chose for repair. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work performed and Bucky was very professional and detail oriented. When the repair was completed, Bucky showed us exactly what the issue was so we knew what the cause was. Would not hesitate a minute to call them in the future if needed.

Fantastic knowledgeable service and they are quick to respond to service requests. Needed them twice in a week for well maintenance and repairs were completed in a timely manner. They will take the time to show you what and where something went wrong as well. This is a huge plus for me because it's important for customers to be aware of these things for future reference. I worked with Rob to install a new well and pump. He was excellent to work with and explained the details of the job! He was very thorough. I appreciate his great work! I worked with Bucky to install a new RO system and softener. He was also great to work with and responsive to my questions. I would recommend Traut Well and especially Rob and Bucky. They did excellent work in a very timely manner.

Bucky and the team were amazing. Had a water pressure issue at our new house, called Traut wells and had a great experience. Bucky came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as an underperforming water softener. The Traut team put together a dual tank softener system with a charcoal filter and an RO system. The install went great, the team was incredibly considerate and friendly. Our water pressure is amazing, our water is soft, and we have pure RO water at our tap. Couldn't be happier with this experience!
