Steve’s company is a subcontractor for Patrick Warren construction. Steve installed stucco on a brand new build in 2022. Plaster/stucco has more large cracks and separations than I can count. When trying to remedy this problem, Steve is unavailable for contact. He’s not responsive to the contractor. I’ve tried his business phone line several times and I’m unable to leave a message due to his mailbox being full. I’ve been trying to get the shoddy work fixed for over 2 years. Poor customer service, poor workmanship, poor quality poor everything! Choose a different company for your stucco or plaster work.
