Stevens Carpet One Floor & Home

I only leave reviews when I feel it is truly necessary and in this case I feel it is!! Just so the owner/worker(Terry) doesn't state that my review has to do with a discrepancy over whether or not my closets were supposed to be done? I mentioned it and I also have no problem with the carpet itself. My problem is that the men that came to put my carpet down took my closet doors down and then lied telling me I must shave the doors down for them to close properly. Understand that the new carpeting wasn't as thick as the carpet that was taken out. A few days after they finished the carpet and left I went to put the closet doors up I realized that they broke the part of the door that goes on the track. I was lied to and paying $5,200 and change I didn't deserve that. This is my review and I am

Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was nice and helpful in the store and in our home! The installers were fast and efficient and they did a wonderful job! We are so happy with our new carpet! Definitely recommend and would use again in the future!

We have used Stevens 2 times in the last few years, both at our house and for a rental we are preparing to sell. The service at the store when selecting the flooring is excellent and they are helpful. Communication is great (a rare thing with contractors) and they show up and do what is scheduled on time. Work was also top notch and I like that the pricing includes everything. They also did a great job removing old carpet and left the place clean with no scraps laying around etc. If you are looking for new flooring, these guys should be at the top of your list

After waiting 6 weeks for Lowe's to show up at my house with half the carpet I needed/ wrong carpet, I went to Steve's. The manager was over the top helpful and had someone at my house the next day. It was installed today and I'm very pleased with the results! I definitely recommend them!

Highly recommended! Picking out carpet was a pleasant experience, and Justin and Bob were professional and finished ahead of schedule with their installation. Price was competitive and included EVERYTHING - carpet, padding, installation, moving furniture, hauling away the old carpet and padding, etc. Business was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs.
