I need to tell you about the amazing customer service I receive from Irma and and Shantel at Stevens Tucson. They ALWAYS answer my calls with a smile on their face, which is pretty amazing since I probably call 20+ times a day! I order equipment and parts so I am constantly reaching out to them for assistance in placing orders, tracking orders, etc. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Equipment orders can come in late evening or at night and they will make sure the order is pulled and completed so we can pick it up first thing in the morning. Most supply houses have you waiting around until they have time to pull your order but our installers never have to wait. If they don't have the equipment or parts I need they always provide me with a solution. No
