Steves Heating & Air Conditioning

Over the course of several days, Steve showed up to help our family stay warm in the frigid Minnesota temps. He not only showed up on Christmas Day, but also the day of his birthday party to fix our ancient furnace. We ended up needing to have a new furnace installed and he had his whole crew show up to get the old furnace out and the new one installed as quickly as possible. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I would never hesitate to recommend Steve and his guys for any heating, ac or plumbing issues! Thanks again Steve's Heating and A/C!

Called because my furnace was blowing non-stop cold. I knew it was probably hi limit switch because filter was clogged for too long. Guy shows up diagnosis it it as hi limit, tells me I need $3000 new furnace. I say “naw, put in new switch” He says he don’t have one, charges me 85 bucks and leaves. I jumped it, ordered part on eBay and up and running!!! So what did this company do for me in my time of need when temps were in the teens? In addition, I’m not sure this guy even had his fuel gas card for St. Paul because he was a runner!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!! I wish I could rate zero star's not a 1 star. Owner is not professional. I just purchased a building in town, and I was told by a few different people to avoid the company. Well I had an emergency drain cleaning need so I had to call them for help. The owner Steve sent out 2 guys to clear the drain. I had to call the owner a few days later as the drain did not get cleared. He came out and cleared it, then a few days later it plugged again. Called a new company to come in and clear, and it hasn't clogged since. The owner billed me $347.20 for the 2 guys who came out the first time, then billed me an additional $145 when he came out. He now claims that the first call was to a different building? My onsite caretaker, and the tenants who live in the af

Steve knows his stuff and helped me out quick. He had my AC running with in a few hours of my phone call. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Steve's Heating and AC to anyone!
