Steve's Lawn Care & Landscaping

I would give them a -5 if I could. I live in an apartment and they are supposed to plow our parking lots and shovel our walkways. It's in our lease. They do a horrible job. With this snowstorm I have to literally climb over a snow mountain so I can be picked up to get my much needed rides. I'm in my 70's and had heart surgery in March. I can't be doing this. They are very incompetent.

Yikes! has this place gone down in a hurry! What started out as a great relationship has devolved to the point I had to fire them. Steve's did outstanding and timely work for us before (see my original review below). But trying to work with them since has proven to be stressful, frustrating and fruitless. Five missed appointments in just the last two weeks -- and not even the common courtesy to apologize and offering to reschedule. Two recent landscaping projects were not completed and poorly done. Jacob (the owner's 23 year-old son and apparently now running the business) promised to drop by to discuss. He never did. And hasn't contacted me since. That was the last straw. Awesome fall clean up service. Professional and customer oriented. They did a great job on my yard for a reasonable price. Well done to the team. Will use them in the future.

In a time when customer service is a thing of the past, Steve's Lawn Maintenance is an exception. They are flexible and easy to communicate with. You won't get a bot answering your questions, you'll get a real person when you call. And don't be surprised when they drop off cookies and treats for the holidays. I would highly recommend.
