Mr. Stewart and his team serviced and installed my HVAC system 06/2020 and it works great. It was affordable and got to the job quickly and my home was cool again. Fast forward to today, we were waking up one day and the thermostat was reading 80 degrees in the home. So since they installed the system and the parts are under warranty, I called them. This is a Black-owned business so I wasn't pressuring them and being patient. After 4 days, Stewart finally shows up and check the pressure and says all is good and said because it is hot, AC will be running like this. No in-depth troubleshooting, no check different areas where it may exhibit the problems, nothing. Literally a day later, it happened again. Mr Stuart took my mother's money an 83 year old woman. He lied and said he did work that he did not do.
