I’ve taken my mower in for service several times including May 2025 and each time I find something else wrong after the service . The 3.9 rating is over rated. Attempted to used the mower this morning only to find that the blade cable has snapped and the drive belt has split as well. Did you Not see this when you repaired the mower a few weeks ago? This is ridiculous. Being polite is only part of service but, sharing information is as well. That’s why I took it there in the first place. Disappointed, Frank M,

Older black guy in truck 22 likes to use a company provided vehicle to weave in and out of traffic on West Broad.

Used them before for repairs in the past, called this am, asked if they still do push lawn mower repair, they said yes, gave my name, said I'm a returning customer for repairs, same law mower, gave my name and number. No restrictions on website or on the phone when I spoke with the technician. Arrived 30 min later, now they can't seem to find me, then I'm told, "we don't work on Troy-built products". I've loaded and now have unloaded my lawn mower, I will say the employee did try to see if they would take it since I was a previous customer with the same lawn mower that they worked on the year before. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. I do appreciate the guy at the service desk, but like I said to him and he agreed, probably should be on their website.
