I have been with them for about 3yrs and I have no complaints. Their pricing is competitive and sometimes worth paying a little extra for service. Don’t bother with the bigger local ones that say they will see what they can do. They have always come through and even coming on the same day! Support your local mom and pop businesses! Thank you guys as you are exceptional. A++++

I am very pleased with the quick delivery service I received from Stiff Oil today. I had placed an order on 12/21/25 with another company and they failed to deliver my order 12 days later. I called Stiff on an emergency and within 24 hours they delivered a full tank of oil to me without charging an emergency delivery fee. Allison in their office was not only polite, but reassured me that I wouldn’t run out of oil before they could deliver. I am extremely grateful for their prompt response to an emergency situation and I will continue to patronize their business.

Had an issue with my oil burner turning off. Called and got a same day service to show up exactly when he said he’d be there, and fixed in 30min with no additional charges beyond what was absolutely necessary. Warned me of upcoming maintenance needs and explained everything very clearly. So pleased I called Stiff Oil! Only a $300 fix for two parts and labor!

The level of service experienced with this company is unmatched! From the wonderful people answering calls to delivery drivers or technicians, I have honestly never had a bad experience with anyone working with this company. Their oil price may not always be the lowest you find however it is more than made up for by the service. I highly recommend these kind folks to anyone.

Helped us the same day I called! This company is by far the best one I have worked with in the state of PA! Each time we were stuck with our heat breaking and when we called they were here with 20 min!! Paul was outstanding and knowledgeable. Thank goodness for you and Stiff Oil company won’t ever call anyone else!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!
