Worked with Stillwater on some renovations. Went above and beyond our expectations. We had a rough idea what we wanted to do, but Stephenie figured out the details and also improved the designs in ways we hadn't considered. Thanks to her our house looks great!!! There were a few weather delays that protracted the project, but Stephenie and Darren were both up here working to keep it moving. We'd gotten a few other bids before going with them. Just felt like they were the ones to work with. Would definitely recommend for future work.

I hired Stillwater to build spec houses for me... we met at the lot i had.. we discussed what was to be done.. i was assured they could and would do it.. i paid them to draw up and finalize detailed plans for the build..between the start and the finish a 90,000 $ build was suddenly 108,000 and i was told to expect even more cost overruns and that they couldn't guarantee a single number from their perspective... BUT.. the first thing i noticed that had gone up was their fee.. which went from 11,000$ to 13,000$ for no reason that they could give that made sense... when i asked them to qualify the numbers to me the wife of Darren got involved and told me she had "paralegal" experience and handled all their contracts.. seems like practicing law without a license but whatever... the problem b
