Wonderful customer service! We had an emergency when a tree limb fell on our power lines and caused us to need a new meter can and riser. The techs that came out were very quick and did a wonderful job for us. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and worked quickly with the power company on our behalf to get our power restored the same day. The cost was much less than we expected, coming in at about half of what the initial estimate was. We will definitely use Stokes for our future electrician needs!

We needed emergency electrical service (no fault of ours) while out of town attending my sister's funeral. I explained our predicament to Donna when I called Stokes. Donna explained that she would take care of everything and she did just that! Our repair was done within 24 hours - this included working with Century Link, who was responsible for our damage and subsequent loss of power to our home, applying for an emergency permit through the county, getting electricians to make the repair, having the County approve the repairs, and working with the Ocala Electric Utility so we could get our power turned back on. Called on a Friday afternoon @ 3:00pm. Got good service on the phone and the technician , called me back and was at my house within the hour. My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Definitely the people in the know when you need excellent electrical service. Donna is the best to get you help in a hurry and John who came on the crew to re-do our electrical panel and emergency lighting was fast and professional.
