Let me start with saying that this was my first encounter with Woodward Supply, and up until my delivery everything was great. I visited this location to look at their river rock options. When I was there the 1-3 size stone was very clean, I'll include a photo I took while there. I called and placed ordered the next day, for 3 yards of this stone. The delivery came today while I was at work, but when I got home I could immediately tell this was not what I was shown at their supply yard. I could expect maybe a little bit of dirt, but what I got looked like it was just dug from the ground and loaded in a truck. I am using this stone on top of 2B stone with perforated pipe, which is why I needed it to be clean. When I called to ask why the stone is covered in mud, I was told “It must have bee

I had a very nice and unexpected experience at Woodward. I was directed to a man to help me get some rocks to line an area of my garden. They were in a pile of 3" to 5" rocks. After looking at them I felt the 5" sizes would be the best so this man specifically picked out the larger sizes, bagged them and loaded them in my SUV. This was hard work but he remained pleasant, friendly and smiled the whole time. When I offered to help he declined saying it was his job to do. It's hard enough to find employees who are friendly when they're just working a cash register, much less doing hard work. I'm sorry I don't know his name but I hope they can figure out who helped me and recognize him for representing their company so well. This is the kind of place you want to do business with.

I get material from Woodward Often. They always have what I need and If they currently don’t have it, they are very accommodating and can get it within a day for me. Very good prices at very good customer service.
