Stone Creek Haven LLC

A few years ago we got some crushed Mississippi stone from Stone Creek Haven and this year we needed more to put around a new deck. They were fast at getting it delivered but once we started spreading it out, we realized how much it did NOT match what we had. After a few days I felt strongly enough about it I just had to reach out to them. Stone Creek Haven was fantastic about it! I called and Jesse told me to send him a few pictures if I could. He agreed with me right away and was so great and accommodating to getting us the correct stone to match the rest of our house. He found out exactly what happened and why we got what we got and was very up front and honest, which was very appreciated!! Not only did they have great service but also thanking us for not just accepting what we were not

The customer service was excellent for ordering and delivery was timely. Unfortunately the garden soil I was delivery had trash and metal pieces in it and is full of rocks and clay and is very compact. It doesn’t seem to have any of the amendments advertised. A few weeks after filling my beds, I have a large amount of seeds/weeds sprouting in the soil. I was excited for my mix based on previous reviews and am now disappointed in what I received.

Super nice and helpful people! Affordable prices and prompt, hassle-free delivery. I've gotten 2 loads of product from them and I'll continue to call them for my landscaping needs in the future! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Great prices and selection of products, but even better service. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. We initially ordered a few yards of mulch and breaker stone, but went back and ordered some boulders and more breaker, which were all delivered the same day. Will continue to get materials from here. Highly recommended.

Ordered garden soil three days ago for delivery today. I was unsure of the quality by the picture although it was a good mix (1 part compost, 1 part peat, 1 part sand, 2 parts topsoil) and I thought I could add to it if necessary. Driver was prompt and delivered it first thing this morning. I'm extremely pleased with the soil as it was much richer looking than the pic showed it to be. Courtney placed it exactly as requested. Definitely pleased all around with the purchase and delivery.
