I went to Stone Depot to select a hearth for my fireplace. I provided the measurements and selected a remnant. Stone Depot came to my home three times during the course of my renovation. In the end, they cut the remnant short and we ended up having to change the wood floors as they did not have enough of the remnant to do it over. I over communicated to them and they still got it wrong. I was left to choose another stone or deal. They made no attempt to alleviate the situation or provide a discount on their mistake. In the end, terrible customer service and I will not recommend them to any of my friends. customer beware

We were redoing our kitchen to replace 1970s Formica countertop- and went to Stone Depot. Thao was great to work with - low pressure- letting me take samples home, etc. We picked Coronado Quartz from MSI - and even got to see the slab we were buying in the warehouse. The template crew was awesome - fast & super accurate - and they were same team to install. They did a fabulous job - right down to an almost invisible corner seam. We LOVE the new countertop - and loved the service from start to finish! (Adding a note two years later - 7/22 - counter still looks as good as the day it went in. So many compliments over the years. Still 100% happy we went with Stone Depot.)

Stone Depot is my new favorite place! I needed a bathroom counter installed quickly and they were able to accommodate my time frame. In fact they were even earlier than I expected. I've been working with Stone Depot for many years. They had done a great job helping me select, design, prep, and install my beautiful bathroom countertops for my renovations. They coordinated with the granite supplier and worked with my contractor for templating, making the whole process seamless for me. Recently I had a complex project to replace my kitchen sink. Twee and Thao were extremely helpful to develop an approach to cut the new sink opening and perform the installation on-site. Their team, especially Osvaldo, was extremely knowledgeable and talented --- and the result is top quality. I plan to go back to them for any future projects!
