Stone Mountain Flooring Outlet

We bought flooring from them back in 2024. 2 months after the installment we started having issues. They said they would level any parts of the floor that needed to be during the installment. We addressed this when buying the floor bc we knew we had atleast 2 possibly 3 low spots in our house. Long story short, they didnt level what needed to be and had to come back it took them 6 mts to get back to us. They did take up what was messed up, done a lousey job of leveling because it didn't last 6 months and we started having problems again. We have talked to Derrick who was very helpful but we cannot get JOSH who Im pretty sure is the owner to call us back after several attempts. He goes out of his way to make sure his customers is satisfied we as a family can tell that he loves Jesus and that means a lot to us. We’ve had a lot of good talks together. I’m not gonna go into because I don’t think no one’s business Note this he will be a good person for someone who has Looking to do home repairs

We had a fantastic experience with Stone Mountain. We made the mistake of trying to buy new carpet from one of the large chain stores in Cape. The sales people there were ready to sell us a product that would not work for us. We went to Stone Mountain after getting several recommendations from a local Facebook group. I am very glad we decided to patronize Stone Mountain. Their selection was great and prices were far better than the large retail stores. They also coordinated the install which made the carpet buying process incredibly fast and stress-free. I highly recommend Stone Mountain carpet.
