We had a great experience picking materials out with Zach and another lot employee. They both were very helpful. Now the troll working the order desk(on the left) was an entirely different story. She had zero customer service skills by giving me sighs over the phone, not calling back when she said she would when the order was ready (which caused us to delay a few days of weekend work), and actually hung up on me when I told her I didn’t have my PO number handy, but I had the customer name and order details. A real crappy person to deal with. I really figured she was related to the owner because nobody else would stand for a person that acts like that. I’ll be doing all I can to void her because every touch we’ve had with her was far less than enjoyable. She doesn’t care about custom

Stone Solutions is a great place to get your hardscape materials. Lonnie and JoAnn are very knowlegeable and great to work with. Timing is always of the essense and they were quick to deliver what my contractor needed to finish my job. They have the best display of installed pavers in the city. I love my hardscape and I highly recommend Stone Solutions!

Stone Solutions is an excellent company to work with! They are always very helpful and informative on their products, as well as installation questions. They have been great to work with over the years. They are also very accommodating with ordering and sourcing hard to find products. I would very much recommend using them for hardscape materials.

This is the best Mom and Pop business of any industry. Lonnie and his staff are as knowledgeable and helpful as you’ll find anywhere. There is something special about doing business with them—they genuinely value you as a customer. They greet me by my first name every time I walk in the door. I should also mention that you will not find a better selection of materials. The front of their business has at least 1/4 acre of completed patios, fire pits, retaining walls, and pizza ovens, which is very helpful to anyone looking for ideas.

I started using Stone Solutions in December 2017. When seeing their Yelp reviews, I was skeptical but I decided to keep an open mind. Lonnie and the lady at the front desk were always very helpful (providing material recommendations, offering installation advise, and showing displays and arranging for inventory to be quickly available). I quickly valued my relationship with Stone Solutions. Previous to my last visit, I'd noticed multiple instances of customers returning to Stone Solutions upon finding out they were loaded with the wrong materials. I also experienced this on one of my visits. On my last visit in June 2018, I must have caught Lonnie having a bad day. I shared with him a small mishap which occurred in the loading yard. My intention was to simply inform him of what happened.
