Since we were originally working with them from out of state, we appreciated how easy they made everything — keeping us informed, answering questions quickly, and making the process feel seamless from a distance. Our experience with Stonewood Construction could not have been better. Our home was a hodgepodge of different floorings, moldings, light fixtures, etc. Stonewood literally had to touch every surface in our two-story home, plus do an extensive primary bathroom remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. And it was finished VERY close to on budget and on-time. But the icing on the cake was the great people we worked with: From our amazing project manager, Andrew, to Adam and Mark, Achelle, an interior designer who gave us great advice at no additional cost, the accounting department, and the subs, everyone was friendly, professional, great communicators and – most importantly – very transparent in how our choices and decisions affected the bottom line. We were pleased that we hired Stonewood to renovate two large, complicated walls in our home recently. They did an exemplary job from design and installation to finish work on several 8 foot tall windows, doors and designing and installing a very large fireplace. Everyone we dealt with was professional, personable and service-oriented.The crew showed up on time every day, was meticulous about their workmanship and caring about our home, always leaving it tidy at the end of the day. We worked with Stonewood twice in the last ten years. They remodeled our kitchen, replaced all the floors/baseboards in our house, and remodeled both bathrooms. Stonewood is a great contractor. Everyone they worked with was kind, responsible, and clean. We always knew exactly who was coming, and Mark coordinated both of our major projects. He is kind and very knowledgeable as well as responsive. I highly recommend Stonewood for remodel needs!
