Stoneybrooke performed amazingly quick and thorough work on my in laws house which went from an additional project to a house rebuild with addition following a fire. From start to finish, Chris, Steve and the team were thorough and built the house to our specs while staying within insurance budget for the rebuild and the addition budget as well. They completed the house from the studs back to basically a new house in 8 months. They made their house a priority and improved the house to include a larger kitchen and deluxe bathroom. They quickly resolved hiccups and adapted to code changes with quick adjustments and fixes. We recommend Chris and his team to anyone. They love the back deck especially as that is my in laws favorite place now. The installers of their appliances were amazed

Highly recommend Stoney Brooke HRD. We had an apartment constructed over our garage. They did a great job and stuck to the schedule even with the loss of a family member. From design to final construction completion everything was explained and supervised throughout. All the sub-contractors were great and did a great job, going above expectations many times. Steve the Project Manager was there pretty much every day, supervising and coordinating between the contractors and myself. Was a pleasure to work with Chris and his whole crew. They did a quality, professional job. Definitely put them on the short list when looking for a contractor.

Addition done 6/2025 - 9/2025 Our project was an addition of a first-floor master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet, new roof on entire house, and completely residing the entire home. We started early June and were done early September. I don't think you could find a better organized contractor. Our job went smoothly and was completed on schedule as promised. Highly recommend, professional and great to work with. Stoney Brooke just completed the second bathroom in 3 years that they renovated for us and we are extremely happy with both. They are full-service from design to follow-up. Both bathrooms were beautifully transformed. We had a long "want list" on the most recent project and Chris worked with us on options to bring it in within budget. Steve was invaluable in keeping the project on its timeline and troubleshooting any issues. Will definitely call them again for additional projects.

Stoney Brooke returned my call quickly and set up an appointment to visit our property. Measurements were taken and we walked through our ideas. Before they left a drawing of what the new addition would look like. Once begun the project was completed in 3 months renovating the master closet and bathroom and building an addition over the garage adding 875 sq ft to our house. All the new spaces are beautiful and we love them! Contractors and owners were careful, considerate, diligent and prompt working long hours to complete the project and protect the rest of the home while construction was in progress.
