She ( dint know her name) was able to be very caring , understanding and most helpful in reassuring that her Company that she truly represents… that zi was just as appreciated as your treats go Customers. I will recurve my oil today. I am so grateful for her dedication to service and following up with me.

Awesome communication. The staff are compassionate and efficient. They don't stop at 5pm like other companies. They stop when the job is done. They are competitive with the prices, I saw a company with a slightly lower price and I called them, they asked for a verifiable website and then matched the price. The office girl was available for questions. Even though I got a late delivery(I had ran out of oil and she was able to fit me in last minute) she contacted me many times through the night to keep me updated. If you are looking for a new oil company I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed.

Schedule online or call, pay the arguably discounted rate, and oil delivered. No contracts, no grief. As a first time oil heater I expected to call someone, pay, and get oil. Stop & Go is literally that. Answered off hours, delivered in less than a day, no extra fees. If you’re reading this, this is your sign to choose this company over the dozens that leech your money away. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks everyone!

Stop and Go Oil takes care of their customers! I had made arrangements to receive oil from another company the night before the cold snap, and they pulled a no show no call. I called Stop and Go Oil and they were at my house within an hour to make sure we could stay warm with no frozen pipes. They have an angel of a lady (Caitlyn) working the phone and she takes the work phone home with her just in case any customers are experiencing anxiety over the oil delivery. She makes SURE that everyone is taken care of. The entire crew has excellent customer service skills and if they say they are going to deliver to you they WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. I highly recommend Stop and Go Oil.
