Storm Guard of New Bern

We found Kevin and Kathy to be very personable, pleasant and easy to work with. They made us aware of and helped us get a $6,000 grant for our fortified roof which was installed on time and on budget. They also did a major renovation on our second floor. We hope to use StormGuard of New Bern again soon for a new deck.

Storm Guard gave the best overall experience. They assisted with my insurance claim from storm damage, and came out to meet with the adjuster. The day of work being completed, employees arrived on time and took great care with their set up. The work completed was consistent with every attention to detail made. Ken worked with me to ensure my attic would have the best airflow possible as well as making suggestions for material color to give my property great curb appeal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have repairs or roof replacement done.

Have a leak in a roof for a commercial building, asked for a estimate for the roof repair. Storm guard came out gave me an estimate, signed a contract, but the leak was never fixed. They stated that they came out a second time and the weather was bad and could not do anything. Called them back and was told we need a new roof, not a good way to do business especially when you call yourself experts in the field. They may be good for new roofs not but I'm not to sure about repairs for existing roofs??
