Storm guard did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They worked with me through every step with the insurance company. Quality materials and quality work. I think my yard was cleaner when the left. I want to thank Mike Austin for his professionalism and honesty with the numbers, It was scary at first but actually a fun process.

This is the second house that we asked StormGuard to do for us and we couldn’t be happier with their work. When I first looked at my house with Mike, I had a pretty good idea what it would look like when it was finished, but it was far nicer than my mental picture that I imagined. The craftsmen (Joe, Tristan, and Nick) that worked on my house were all dedicated, hard-working and easy to work with. Joe led the crew and he worked with me every step of the way to make sure we were on the same page. Hardie-Plank siding is very difficult to work with in cold weather but they did it and Joe made some amazing fit ups that made my 1920 home look like new. We contacted Storm Guard, one of 3 roofing companies I called for a quote. 2 were disappointing but Mike Austin from Storm Guard arrived and gave a very professional presentation complete with pictures and what would be involved, as well as, what could be involved as our roof replacement progressed. We were impressed with the his level of knowledge. Going with Storm Guard was the right decision. The roofing crew worked from dawn to dusk for 2 days. It was clear they knew what they were doing. We were very happy with the care they took to protect our property. Upon completing our roof, all evidence of ground debris, tools, pallets and all work materials were removed. Storm Guard, Johnathan Brown and the men who replaced my roof. They removed 2 dormers and replaced some bad plywood. Used the plywood from the dormers to make the repairs. When the team was finished they picked up all the debris and nails. The 6 men worked together as a team. I will recommend this company and team if you ever need a new roof. Mike was awesome! We had a leaky gutter and he went out of his way to fit us in his busy schedule. He did not pressure us in any way and he was straightforward about our issue. He let us know what caused the leak and took care of it. I could not recommend Mike more for any roofing/gutter needs you might have!!
