We’ve used Storm Troopers before for our roof. They also did our neighbors roof and siding. Based on those experiences, we felt confident hiring them again for our own siding project. While the siding itself was installed well, the rest of the job didn’t meet expectations. Part of the work included replacing all the wood on our front bay window with PVC, but instead, PVC was simply nailed over the existing wood. In other areas, wood was replaced with aluminum sheeting instead of PVC, which ended up with visible ripples due to poor installation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Storm Troopers. We initially met Scott and his team 2 years prior to finally installing a new roof!! We were so thankful he stuck with us because we knew when it was time for a new roof Storm Troopers is who we would call. Scott walked us through the installation process, what we would expect the day of installation and guided us in picking the perfect roof for our home! Scott always arrives happy and jovial and is genuinely kind and helpful by nature. So this made working together that much easier and more fun! The day of installation the roofing team was early, not just ontime, and worked so hard! It truly was a seamless process (no pun intended)…. Check out the amazing work they did changing out my T1-11 wood panels to vinyl siding! I shared before and after pictures. Fernando is excellent to work with! Keep in mind, I elected not to update the door yet because I'm not sure what I want for it yet 😅. They were super quick with providing a competitive estimate and way faster than expected for scheduling and completing the work! I highly recommend them.

Scott and his team from Storm Troopers LLC did a fabulous job right from the start to the end!! Although we were out of the country during the insurance evaluation process, Scott was there on behalf of us and answered all the questions raised by the insurance company. Also, he explained us the roofing process in detail well before the work started. They made sure that the work started on time as promised. Scott made sure to be on-site on the day of roofing and stayed till the end to ensure that the work went well. His team did a great job cleaning and tidings up our place on the same day. Scott, Jonathan and the rest of the Storm Trooper team were phenomenal from start to finish! During the roof inspection Jonathan spent a considerable amount of time identifying and marking the shingle issues, determining their root cause, and walking us through the various problems he discovered. We contacted our insurance company and Jonathan came back out and met with the adjuster, showed him all of the issues he'd identified, and ultimately his thoroughness and expertise led to a quick determination from the insurance company that we had a valid claim. After scheduling the roof replacement, Scott from Storm Troopers provided us with a detailed overview of the roof replacement process and immediately responded to several follow up questions we had.
