From the initial selection of designs and colors to the final implementation, the entire process was seamless and professional. Their team was excellent with scheduling and worked around our school calendar without issue, which was critical for us. I hired Stout to put in hardwood on the second floor of my run-down little townhouse and was very nervous as it was the biggest renovation I'd ever undertaken. Merek 🥸 took wonderful care of me from start to finish, answering all my many first-timer questions and having his team put in overtime to make sure things got done for a pretty tight move-in schedule. Towards the end of the job, there were a couple of minor hiccups, and Kathy and Merek both made sure everything was taken care of fairly. My floors look beautiful and I've been sliding around barefoot all week like Risky Business 😌.

Looking for a good quality hardwood floor when renovating our living room/hallway, we found it in Stout. A good selection from which to choose, great installation, and expert guidance provided by Merek through the entire process. When we had a couple of concerns along the way, Merek did not hesitate to respond - either personally or by sending his guys over to address the issue. We are very satisfied and pleased with our new floors!

We had just moved to our home in Las Cruces and decided to redo three bedrooms in hardwood. Merick was kind enough to come to our home with samples and from there we had usually two young men work non stop throughout the week plus. So polite, so efficient, so pleasant. In the midst of chaos, they were always careful, quick, polite, unobtrusive and highly skilled. Merick was super, so helpful in giving info about the area, so welcoming. Kathy thru emails was super. It was just a much nicer experience than what I dreaded with so much commotion of moving in. We are very senior citizens and crazy to have made this move, but if these folks represent Las Cruces, we are delighted to have made this move.
