Outstanding experience with the Strada team from start to finish. From the first conversation with my sales rep, Chris, to the expert installation by Hector and Mark, the Strada team provided exceptional work and unparalleled service. Chris took the time to understand the requirements and present viable options within my budget. Hector and Mark were amazing - tidy, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. They replaced a 23-year old undersized Goodman unit with a fantastic Daikin system that can be controlled from anywhere and resealed my duct work. Everything was installed to code standards. No stars!! They are horrible!! I bought a new house and the AC is under warranty. Two months after moving in, I have no AC in the master bedroom and bathroom. Tech came to my house. Spoke no English. Don't know if he understood me either. He used his phone to translate and communicate with me. I called Strada 2 days later to schedule another tech to come to my house with the "part" needed to fix my AC. The day the Tech was to arrive, I woke up to 83 degrees in my house. Been on the phone for over an hour trying to find out where my Technician is because he never showed up to fix my AC. No one answers the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold, and then you get disconnected. Terrible service. We had Al and Tim that came out to replace our AC Unit. They were very professional. They explained everything as they did it. We were able to joke and laugh with them by the end of the install. There was a couple of issues, but they both were quick to make sure everything was great before they left. I would highly recommend these guys.

Thank you very much for your service. It was very easy calling and making an appointment. Customer service advised me that there is a fee of $144 for the A/C diagnostic. I explained what were my issues with the HVAC. On the day of my appointment, my Technician Marvin called before he arrived and advised me how long he would be at my residence. Marvin evaluated my issues and quickly solved the issues. Marvin explained everything that needed to be corrected. Technician Marvin is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be utilizing STRADA for future services to my HVAC.
