If you're " Covered " by their home warranty repair for plumbing it's basically useless, I've had a leak in the ceiling of my home coming from the second floor plumbing and their worker's cut up my walls in the living room and garage and didn't even fix the leak or patch up the walls they've damaged. Trying to get ahold of their warranty department and it's directly to voicemail and the mailbox is always full, then after a few weeks when you do get ahold of them the answer's I received are " we don't cover your area anymore " and the warranty period expired. ( When it was under warranty when the leak started ) So just for fun I called them for a paid service and got ahold of someone instantly and they were are able to cover my area. If anyone has any information on what I can do, or a good

Adonys was great, very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what the issues were and how it was going to be resolved. Most definitely makes a difference when you have trust worthy people when your dealing with an unfortunate situation. Thanks so much for fixing my heat/air issue.

This place saves me A TON of money that I was told I have to pay by another company who was clearly scamming me. If it wasn't for Tola who is absolutely amazing and heard my story and quickly scheduled Jeff to come to my house and tell me there was actuality Nothing wrong with my heater and it's working perfectly now. Tola took care of my needs, and she cares so deeply for others and doesn't want people to have to get ripped off- especially around this time of year, she is a life saver. Jeff is an amazing technician who came to my house and worked hard to figure out the lies the other company was telling me. He has been doing heating and air for a long time and he knows what he's talking about, and I felt comfortable around him and trust his expertise. I wish him and Tola could get raises

Ask for Adonys - one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Heat was out, he came in and fixed it fast. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Took the time to explain what was going on and was clearly an expert in how the equipment operates. Took the time to test the system several times to be sure that it would continue to operate well. Heat is working great. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m very impressed by this service tech, Adonis, and his company. He was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He was respectful of my home and showed great consideration to my pets entering and exiting the house. He was thorough and seemed very competent in addressing the situation. He answered all my questions. Very professional.
