Five stars for Kevin with Strada Services. He stopped by today to handle some 11-month warranty items for our home in the Independence Phase 2 subdivision, and I was so impressed. He didn't just do the bare minimum; he really went above and beyond to address our concerns and explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. Kyle was great! He fixed what someone else supposedly fixed but did not. He communicated well and kept us informed. He even left to get a part to fix the the very same day! Highly recommend!!! The heat in the home was fixed right away and we could definitely feel the difference
