They installed my HVAC unit, and just four months after installation it started failing. In less than two years, it has broken down seven times. The installation was clearly not done correctly. Now I am left without a warranty, and neither the company nor the builder wants to take responsibility. I am being forced to pay out of pocket for their poor workmanship.

I’ve had great experiences with Strada. My AC is under warranty currently and Emmanuel Baron came out to fix the airflow in my house. He spent a good amount of time listening to our concerns and making sure he provided us with the best service to meet our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our AC and even helped us understand our unit and provided us with additional support. Very happy with his help!

Absolutely awful. A copper pipe installed by Strada had a hole in it causing it to explode and come through my ceiling. Strada came out and gave us two options to fix it. We signed an agreement for the material and the job. They ordered the incorrect copper then took a week to order the correct material after saying it would only take 1-3 days. Another technician came out and advised they would not do the original job but would move the entire A/C unit. The company then “tagged” our job and advised they would not be completing the job. We have been without central air in our Florida home for almost a month because of the incompetency of this company. Unacceptable.

Worst company. They came did an evaluation and charged me $144 dollars for diagnostics. They told me they would call 48 hours and never had a call. Then I called them about 1 week, and they scheduled an appointment for something else that wasn't my main problem. They didn't come to my house, and they did not even call to cancel. Never had a call from them. Worst company services ever. Never do bad reviews, but this is bad service and scam.
