Straight Line has been an amazing company to work with from start to finish. They truly took care of all our needs and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We discovered our roof had a leak, so we called Straight Line. Kyle showed up on-time and was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company that provides both excellent customer service and quality work, but Straight Line delivered on both. Kyle was the best person we met for this job. We needed help with clearing debris from our roof and gutters. He's communicative - called us the day before to introduce himself, gave us a walkthrough of how/what this works, and also when to expect him to be at the property. He arrived on time to what he shared, and then immediately again walked us through how this would go. He asked us about what we also wanted him to help us with. He took photos of the current condition and then did the cleaning. He is meticulous, very customer focused and is informative. Kyle also took photos after the clean up and shared this with us - the difference is amazing! Let me tell you, this was a positive experience all around. I was calling for quotes on some slipped tiles. Everywhere else gave me quotes through the roof (pun intended). I called Straightline, Rebecca answered, and she was so helpful and friendly. She quickly gave me a quote that was the most reasonable I had received all day. She set up an appointment that was right away, and that set my mind at ease. Then Brian came to do the work. Also friendly and helpful. He fixed my slipped tiles, and ones I didn't see. All done very fast and professionally. No extra upcharges. Could not be more thrilled with my experience. My wife said "Well, we found our roofers."

Shaun, Johnny, Kerry and Jorge deliver A+ customer service providing quick response to all of my questions and concerns. The lead technician, Jorge worked quickly, safely and efficiently with a respectful can-do attitude. Straight Line team members convey a professional and respectful image but more importantly they deliver timely communication and pride in work performed. I had a roof replacement and got three bids within $2k of each other helping me realize the price wasn’t out of line. After completion I noticed a small issue and Johnny quickly responded and provided resolution via Jorge. The Straight Line team made me feel they appreciate my business and I feel they stand behind their work.

Not only did they review my concerns, they followed up to ensure my concerns were addressed, and the work was quickly completed.
