In addition to an absolutely wonderful job, they were professional, efficient, and answered all my questions. A delight to work with. I love my new split unit. It looks so good. My unit wasn’t working, and with a small baby in the house I was really worried we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed quickly. After another company didn't show up in their promised window, I called Straight Shooter Heating and Cooling. Their customer service was great and shockingly were able to get someone out on the same day. Jordan P arrived, was polite, covered his shoes and assessed our system and concerns. Huge thanks to Aaron and the entire team at Straight Shooters Heating and Cooling! This past week, our company faced a major challenge while on the road. We had one of our event trucks travel from Austin, Texas to California for a series of events, and the AC unit in our mobile showroom—critical to our presentations—unexpectedly went out.
