Straightforward Home Inspections

Would not recommend. Looked for pricing and somehow ended up with an appointment booked. Emailed them 7 minutes after the “appointment confirmation email” explaining I was only looking for pricing and timeslot availability and to please cancel the appointment. The owner never responded to that email but did call and text me, and definitely had words to say. I cannot recommend anyone who treats people like that regardless of how good they may or may not be at their job.

Jesse and his team were great to work with — thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. One of the biggest wins: Jesse was able to assess that a wall-bearing beam in the home needed to be replaced. Thanks to his insight, I was able to negotiate for the seller to handle the replacement before closing, which saved me a huge cost and headache down the line. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and genuinely looks out for buyers, I highly recommend Jesse and the team. Would absolutely work with them again!

Jesse and Melissa from Straightforward were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and made the inspection process smooth and stress-free. Jesse took the time to answer all our questions, and even though there was a minor issue with the sewer scope video, he called right away and assured us it would be fixed after closing. Additionally, they handled an unusual request from our home insurance company quickly and efficiently. Out of the 4 properties we've purchased in the last 6 years, Straightforward has been by far the easiest and most pleasant inspection experience. Highly recommend!
