Straitline done a great job for our local park getting a fence up for us while having to play the waiting game because of issues on our part. They were quick with it and didn’t lag around. They care a lot and also give back to the local youth community as well.
This company installed the original fence that was here when we bought our house. We need the fence modified now after installing our pool & can’t get anyone to return our calls after multiple attempts!! Sick of wasting our time so going to look elsewhere for help!!
I don’t even know where to start with this company. I got to give it to them though because they had us pretty convinced in the beginning. It appeared to have been a successful call at first after the first guy came out and took a look at the work we needed to have done. He transferred the message to the man that was supposed to be installing the fence, and this is where things started to go downhill. I understand he had a slight mishap that occurred but you should never tell someone you’re going to come, give a time and day, and then never show up after keeping busy people waiting all day. Schedules have to be altered for that sort of thing and nobody should have their time played with. I shouldn’t have to beg you to do something and then pay you too. We called him after being stood up an
I live in Highgrove subdivision. From my understanding this is the contractor that poorly installed our pickleball court fence and will not come back out and make it right. We have been contacting our developers for months and months. It is frustrating chasing pickleball outside of the fenced area due to poor installation. To give you an idea of the install quality, imagine a tennis court with a fence, but the fence doesn’t come down to the ground, a six to 10 inch gap where balls just roll under the fence. Is it common sense for a court’s fence to be installed all the way down to the court? ? I feel like it is.
Won’t stand behind their work. Straightline Fence built a fence at HiighGrove for a ppickleball court. This fence is to keep balls on the courts. The fence was built so high off of the ground that the balls roll under the fence and on to the outer flower beds. Straight line fence will not stand behind their work and come correct the issue
