Our company Jara & Weidner Design Studio has worked with Strategic Brands for our clients for years. I have dealt with them a number of times when hardware being ordered was either out of stock or back ordered and they every time go above and beyond to service our clients, even during the pandemic. Andy Weiner has gone to the point of calling dealers around the country to try and piece together the hardware being ordered that they don't have in stock and succeeded in fulfilling our clients orders. I would highly recommend them for all your hardware needs. Their staff is professional, timely and customer service is impeccable. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!
