We've had Strategic service our locations for many years and I'm more than pleased with their services. They are quick to respond when we need something and their supervisors are efficient and knowledgeable. Not having to worry about cleaning issues helps me be able to focus on doing my job. Wonderful people. Our clinic always smells great in the morning! The staff went above and beyond when our clinic flooded and I needed someone I trusted to make sure everything was ready to reopen Monday and they came through! So thankful for their great service and willingness to step up when we need them!

So I wrote a review for Strategic 4 years ago. I'm sad to have to write another review that's not so good. Strategic was and I emphasize on the was a great company then. I'm not sure what happened to the level of professionalism that failed over the course of a year. They did send out a different cleaning crew that was good for about a month then it was like they were non existent. I complained and they said they would address it it would be ok for a couple of cleanings and then we come in and the base of the toilets were AWFUL the light switch plates were AWFUL! Desks were not wiped down even though they were cleared. About the only thing that was done was the garbage was taken out. I complained so they send another cleaning crew that was great. Now why can't that level of professionalism
