We found the most gorgeous stone for our kitchen at Stratus! We shopped many places and from the moment we walked into Stratus, Cynthia O. made us feel welcomed. She walked the entire yard with us, sharing her wealth of knowledge. She was amazing and had great insights and advice on stones, trends and so much more. She was never pushy or dismissive - a common theme at other locations. Cynthia accommodated all of our requests and the entire team went above and beyond to show us multiple slabs and allowed us to hand pick our stones. She is genuinely an asset to Stratus! I’ve shopped at 10 different suppliers looking for top quality, stunning slabs at realistic prices. Caio at Stratus was a pleasure to deal with and their selection is obviously handpicked. Additionally, they have perfect bookended slabs, which most others have slices with the same orientation. The guys in the warehouse took their time to layout the three slabs without making me feel like I was asking to do extra work. Most places make you feel that way. Also, the front desk at the higher end places are pretty stuffy, but not at Stratus. They appreciated us being there. Facilities are well kept and they offer more than just a bottle of water which is a nice touch. I chose beautiful quartzite slabs for my kitchen and surrounding areas and also purchased a quartz slab for my laundry

Had an amazing experience picking out slabs at Stratus Surfaces! So many beautiful choices but the customer service is really what sets them apart from other places. Cynthia was incredible, and so easy to work with. She took my top 2 choices and displayed them on A frames for me by slab. I needed 4 total and she displayed every single one and helped me select the best one for my island. Countertops are such an expensive purchase and I felt absolutely confident that I made the right choice after working with Cynthia!

Just picked 4 gorgeous slabs at Stratus Surfaces! I had been to a dozen other stone stores., not finding what I needed. Then heard about this jewel of a slab store!!! Cynthia helped me and was totally amazing! She is kind and knowledgeable. Never felt pressure. I also love the fact that all their slabs are INDOORS, displayed well and many many isles. The showroom is not only spotless and enticing but so is the inventory floor space where all the gorgeous slabs are displayed. We’ve been to literally every showroom in Dallas and this is the cleanest, the most engaging and the nicest most accommodating sales team we’ve encountered. I would highly recommend visiting Stratus Surfaces if you’re in a remodel project or even just window shopping. You won’t regret walking in their doors!
