I highly recommend Kevin at Streamline for any home inspections. He was quick to respond at scheduling, able to work around my schedule, and arrived right on time. His inspection was extremely thorough with a very detailed report that followed the next morning. Kevin even took the time to point out things I should focus on fixing and address any specific concerns I had. I felt confident in the condition of the house I was buying and had no issues come up later that were not identified on his report. Appreciate that it was one less thing to worry about in a stressful buying process!

Kevin has done 4 home inspections for me and I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is knowledgeable and writes very thorough reports which I got within 24 hours each time. He was on time, very responsive and easy to schedule. Reasonably priced and I highly recommend.
