Sonia and Jessica came to do a move-in cleaning and did a fantastic job. We have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome and they cleaned everything top to bottom. They were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They even got hard-to-reach areas and areas that are often overlooked. The entire home is now spotless and we are excited to complete our move-in. We will definitely use their services for future cleans.

We have used this service several times and intend to use them long term. Their last visit, one of the workers accidentally knocked down a canvas picture, and when it fell, it chipped the baseboard. It wasn’t a big issue but it was enough to notice and we wanted fixed. I let Theresa know (her workers had already told her too) and within a week it was professionally fixed, looks like new, and Strictly Maids covered the cost. Mistakes happen, while this one was minor, I care most about what companies do to fix mistakes they make and this was done excellently. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone in the San Diego area.

When I moved out of the home their deep clean, move out service was exceptional. They cleaned my house so it was ready for open house. Sold the house and then they did a move out cleaning too. Very detailed and beautiful. Quick to communicate. Will use again. So convenient.

I had a great experience working with them. I’m sensitive to chemicals and they were willing to use my own natural cleaners for the house which I greatly appreciated. I did not get my usual headache that I would get after having my house cleaned. The house is cleaner than it’s been in a year! I would highly recommend them. Very professional and friendly and enjoyable to work with.
